Random follow #287 - @Bec5tar

When it comes to social media some people make a much bigger impact on you than others.  There are also some people whose tweets you read and you enjoy and you just assume that they must be famous  or popular or at least have heaps of followers.

@Bec5tar completely breaks the moule of some of those stereotypes.  Not the one's about making an impact on people but the one about having to be popular to make a difference.  Bec is a fun and amazing tweeter whose twitter bio just on its own is enough to make me sit up and take notice.  It reads a little something like this - '

"Reminder to self: DREAM BIG!!!!"

So Bec is someone who not only seeks inspiration but also inspires others.  She is quietly making her towards breaking through the 1,000 tweet mark but it appears that she is no hurry.  And why would she be?  This is one account that ranks quality over quantity every time.

@Bec5tar is a lovely lady who often has pleasant and uplifting things to share with people.  Definitely a half glass full kind of lady who can see the silver lining of every dark cloud.  Such as -

"Mr's Nana's service is this arvo. She would've been 93 on the 23rd. 7 of us will be there. Looking forward to the family gathering #special"

And the stories she shares are uplifting and can help you look and think a little differently about different situations you may be facing -

"Being between contracts means I have better non-work stories. Oftentimes, they are the best, but really all spectrums of life are stories. X"

And she also has an ability to be able to not take things too seriously and have a laugh at life -

"Had pedicure at one of those arcade shops. Girl was laughing to herself. Smoothing my feet with the blade was like peeling potatoes #shesaid"

@Bec5tar is the sort of tweeter that social media needs more of.  Lovely, interesting, positive, upbeat and happy to be happy.  All qualities each and every one of us can and should strive to live out more and more in our own real life lives.
